About the Role
The goal is to procure opportunities for clients of ABSTRACT Commercial Real Estate LLC to lease, purchase retail and investment properties and new mixed-use developments in Dane County, WI.
- Work Remotely and from our Office (2022)

- Willingness to learn; must be willing to do whatever it takes to learn and expedite the learning process by putting in effort above and beyond what is defined as “normal”
- Ideal candidates should be obsessed with obtaining their goals and are interested in reading and taking notes on industry books, leases, contracts, studying & reading self-improvement books
- Ask questions! CRE is vast and there is always more to learn
- Passion; should have the desire to want to own real estate. Candidate must be so passionate that they are willing to do nearly anything to achieve their individual and company goals

What to Expect?
- Initial Training – You will go through training with Heather Ewing, CCIM, Founder | CEO to learn how to effectively procure opportunities to lease and/or purchase properties that fit our client’s needs
- Procuring Opportunities – Prospecting, applying the training and skills learned along with tenacity to create as many viable opportunities for the company as possible; expectations vary with your sales and real estate experience
- Ongoing Training – Success is not static. I want to help push you to your next level both personally and professionally. You will continue to work with Heather Ewing, CCIM & strategic partners to improve your skills and income
Compensation
Commensurate with your experience and how far you desire to take your career.
This is a Contract position.
