ABSTRACT Commercial Real Estate LLC was founded on the basis of aligning with customer and client needs, providing a uniquely branded experience, that in turn, enhances the value of the property and people's lives. 


As people dine at various types of restaurants, experience a new service or find the perfect product for their apartment or home, their life becomes more robust. In turn, the area carries a higher value resulting in more businesses investing in the area. This provides a meaningful collection of local, regional and national tenants which benefits business owners and landlords alike.


OUR EXPERIENCE

Ewing shares her retail expertise through leasing and sales of retail properties. She has represented over $151 M New Mixed-Use Developments such as Middleton Center, Watermark, CityDeck Landing in Green Bay, and others. She works with favorite local, regional and national groups such as Bear & Bottle, Mermaid Café, Mint Mark, Barre Code Madison, Capriotti’s, Boost Mobil, Burn Bootcamp, Edward Jones, The Learning Center and more. 


The backbone of her work is the 11 years in Manufacturing Operations with industry greats such as American Girl, Electronic Theatre Controls, and Fiskars. Creating and utilizing timelines and flow, establishing priorities, direct communications, leading departments through software conversions and a move to a new facility, winning domestic and international negotiations and to deliver and succeed. 


Ewing integrates these skills in her brokerage practice which allows her to deliver success!


OUR COMMITMENT

 We are committed to our clients, knowing the nuances of neighborhoods and culture which only come from living and working in the downtown Madison and the area for over 40 years, guiding clients or speaking on their behalf at city meetings in Middleton, Fitchburg, Madison, and Maple Bluff, strong negotiation skills and following through on our word and promises.
